What is a Silver Circle?

A Silver Circle is a 4-week live online support group for women over 50. Each circle focuses on one shared life challenge and is led by a credentialed facilitator, such as a certified therapist, coach, or subject-matter expert.

How many women are in each circle?

Each circle has 8 to 15 women, in a confidential setting.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions run 60 to 75 minutes once a week for four weeks, by live stream. All times are Eastern Time (ET).

Is a Silver Circle therapy?

No. Silver Circles are professionally facilitated support groups, not individual therapy. Each circle is led by a credentialed facilitator, such as a certified therapist, coach, or subject-matter expert, and every circle page names its facilitator and credentials.

How much does a Silver Circle cost?

Each circle costs $160 for all four sessions.

How do I sign up?

Select Book Now on the circle you want. Each card shows the start date and all four session dates.

Can I join a Silver Circle from outside the United States?

Yes. Women over 50 from any country, including the USA and Canada, can join a Silver Circle. All circles are live online and conducted in English at this time. Session times are listed in Eastern Time (ET).

What are the best online support groups for women over 50?

Silver Circles are live, facilitator-led, 4-week groups for women over 50, organized by one specific life challenge. It costs $160 for each 4-session circle, with 8 to 15 women per group. Other options include peer-led groups such as HeyPeers and community groups on Meetup.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. Silver Circles run as a continuous four-week experience, so missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled or made up. If SILVER AWAKENING® cancels or reschedules a circle, participants receive a full refund.

Is there a community for Silver Circle participants?

Yes. Each Silver Circle has its own sub-group in the free SILVER SAGE® SISTERS online community, and you are added automatically when you book.
