For Women Over 50: Reinventing Your Work Life is a live online Silver Circle offering career displacement support for women whose work life has been disrupted by a layoff, a forced exit, burnout, or a longing for something different. This Silver Circle has 4 weekly sessions led by Patch Garcia, CCCO. The package price of 4 is $160 USD. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Patch Garcia is Chief Culture & Community Officer at SILVER AWAKENING. Renowned for her ability to build and sustain strong workplace cultures, Patch creates environments where employees and contractors can thrive. Since 2001, she has held leadership positions across the sustainability and clean energy sectors, including solar and energy-efficiency ventures, where she has guided startups, restructured small businesses, and strengthened workforce engagement. She balances a people-first mindset with strategic insight to drive innovation, equity, and long-term success. Patch holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Cancellation Policy
Silver Circles are intimate, small-group experiences that require committed participation and advanced preparation by our mentors. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the Silver Circle are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. Because Silver Circles operate as a continuous four-week experience, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled, or made up individually.
