Why Silver Sage?
There is no recognized life-stage to define today’s 50+ women, specifically women 50 to 75, made up of GenX (1965-1980) and GenJones (1954-1965) cohorts. SILVER AWAKENING has created a new, defining identity for this life-stage called:

Silver Sage is a time of healing, transformation, thriving. and connecting. A time when women can move beyond survival and external validation into a season of wisdom, discernment, and purposeful living—shifting the narrative from decline to emergence.
The Silver Sage life-stage differs greatly from midlife, which is generally a time of building and nurturing families, careers, and communities. The Silver Sage season is a time of release of many of these midlife roles, which recently has manifested in soaring divorce rates (gray divorce). It is also a time for empty nests, career displacement, forced retirement, loss of loved ones, care giving of aging parents, among others. These challenges can stir feelings of uncertainty, loss, and displacement.
