About
This course comes with a FREE GUIDEBOOK & JOURNAL! Wednesday, October 7 & 14 VIDEO Course @ 7:00pm - 8:00pm EST Wednesday, October 21 LIVE Zoom Course @ 7:00pm - 8:30pm EST Midlife often brings new chapters. Retirement. Menopause. Divorce. An empty nest. A change in roles. Or simply a growing awareness that the life you've been living no longer fits in quite the same way. These seasons often ask questions we haven't had to answer before. Who am I now? What do I want? What feels right for me? For many women, those questions become surprisingly difficult to answer. You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning decisions, searching for reassurance, or simply feeling less certain of yourself than you once did. What if the question isn't how to trust yourself more, but why trusting yourself became difficult in the first place? Trusting Yourself Again is a guided experience designed to help you explore that question. Together, we'll slow these moments down—not to fix them or immediately change them, but to understand what your responses may have been trying to do for you, what they may have been trying to protect, and why trusting yourself may have felt so difficult over time. Through two weeks of short, guided videos informed by lived experience and accessible nervous system science, guided reflection, community conversation, and a 90-minute live integration session (a recording will be available), you'll begin to: ● Recognize familiar patterns that arise in moments of uncertainty ● Understand why those patterns developed and why they first appear ● Explore what your responses may have been trying to do for you and protect over time ● Begin relating to yourself with greater understanding, compassion, and curiosity You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You only need a willingness to become curious. Because self-trust doesn't begin with trying harder to trust yourself. It begins with understanding yourself more clearly.
