This Silver Circle cohort group has 4-weekly sessions: Tues 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 @ 4:00pm PST / 5:00pm MST / 6:00pm CST / 7:00pm EST The price is $160 for all 4 sessions. RELEASING THE PAST: TO CREATE SPACIOUSNESS FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER. This Silver Circle is designed to offer you a boost with new “power tools” for releasing the old to make space for the manifestation of your new life chapter. Old beliefs that no longer serve you will be first on the agenda for letting go! Enjoy a refreshing internal emotional, spiritual and mental house cleaning accompanied by Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and Guided Medications. And a safe place to bravely journey to that which you wish to create. Every week you will have a assignment from which you can draw inspiration for your meditation journeys. Participants will also be guided in how to create a Home Altar representing what you wish to bring into your life and that which you wish to let go. Join us for support on your journey! ABOUT CARMELA Carmela Carlyle is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Educator devoted to helping women to embrace new life chapters claiming wholeness, power, boundaries, and joy. She guides clients to release that which no longer serves them to create spaciousness for a new life chapter by safely exploring shadow material through compassionate, insight-driven work that fosters physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her approach emphasizes embodied practices, creative expression, and practical tools that support enduring transformation. Healing and strategizing through codependency, narcissistic abuse, trauma, family estrangement, divorce, caregiving, and career change are areas within her depth of expertise. Carmela’s training spans clinical and complementary modalities, she holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Feminist Therapy from Antioch University, San Francisco, post‑graduate studies in 'Women & Aging' from University of Pennsylvania’s Institute on Aging, advanced neuroscience-informed psychotherapy training, and certification as an Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher. She is a Certified Expressive Arts Counselor, Integrative Yoga Nidra Meditation Guide, Crystal Bowl Sound Healer, and Goddess Guidance Intuitive ~ bringing a wholistic, multidisciplinary, soulful approach to therapeutic care.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Silver Circles are intimate, small-group experiences that require committed participation and advance preparation by our mentors. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the Silver Circle are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. Because Silver Circles operate as a continuous four week experience, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled, or made up individually. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a Silver Circle, participants will receive a full refund.
