There are moments in a woman’s life when the old answers stop working. You may have done what was expected, built the career, cared for the people you love, reinvented yourself more than once and created a life that looks full from the outside. Yet inside, something may still feel missing: a quiet longing for more connection, meaning and aliveness. Linda O’Hanlon, PCC, is a transformation coach and facilitator who helps women explore that deeper terrain through one-on-one coaching, group workshops and her Self-Mastery Program. Her clients are ready for honest self-inquiry and a more conscious relationship with themselves and their lives. Her work is grounded and intuitive, shaped by more than twenty-five years of self-exploration and study of mind-body practices that integrate behavioral, humanistic and cognitive approaches. Through her signature Body Compass™ process, she helps clients move beyond the limits of thinking alone and reconnect with the wisdom of the body, intuition and inner knowing. This process helps women listen deeply, recognize old patterns, tap inner resources and make choices with greater self-trust, alignment and meaning. Linda brings to coaching the same clarity that has shaped her communications work for more than three decades. As the owner of a communications consultancy, she has helped leaders and organizations find language, direction and perspective in moments of complexity and change. That experience sharpened her ability to listen beneath the surface, hear what is not yet being said and clarify what is trying to emerge. Linda holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, WIYS® facilitator and Reiki II practitioner. These credentials matter, but the true foundation of her work is lived experience, reinvention through several life chapters, and a commitment to growth and inner integrity.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
