Holly helps people when money gets messy, loud, or downright inconvenient — windfalls, exits, inheritances, sudden freedom, sudden fear. After 30 years in financial planning, she knows spreadsheets don’t change lives: behavior and values do, and avoiding hard conversations never helps. Holly learned this early in life, when a poorly communicated estate plan in her twenties turned family loss into a financial obstacle course and set her on a lifelong focus on money systems and human behavior. Since then she has worked with high‑net‑worth clients, delivered pro bono planning, taught graduate‑level finance, and remained firmly committed to social justice. Now entering her silver decades, she focuses on end‑of‑life planning for clients and their families, reducing uncertainty, minimizing conflict, and making transitions easier for loved ones. When she’s not untangling financial chaos, she returns to the elements — swimming in the Bay, trail running, practicing yoga, spinning fire, and chasing live music. Her most treasured teachers are Xochitl and Xitlali, long‑haired Chihuahuas who remain skeptical of financial credentials but highly attentive to treat policy. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
