This Program Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in programs, courses, workshops, events, memberships, coaching sessions, and other services provided by Silver Awakening (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.silverawakening.com (the “Site”) and associated platforms.

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any program or service offered by Silver Awakening (collectively, the “Programs”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the Programs.

1. Purpose of the Programs

Silver Awakening provides educational and transformational programs designed to support women in later life stages who are exploring personal growth, self-discovery, wellness, and meaningful life transitions.

Programs may include:

• Online courses and educational programs

• Workshops and virtual events

• Group coaching sessions

• Membership communities

• Interactive discussions and learning activities

• Digital workbooks and educational materials

These Programs are intended to provide educational insights, personal reflection opportunities, and supportive learning environments.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any Silver Awakening Program is entirely voluntary.

By enrolling in a Program, you acknowledge that:

• You are choosing to participate of your own free will

• You may discontinue participation at any time

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions resulting from participation​

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in Programs.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement

• The information you provide during registration is accurate

4. Nature of Coaching and Educational Content

Programs offered by Silver Awakening may include coaching, discussions, and educational content related to:

• personal development

• emotional well-being

• life transitions

• wellness and self-care

• purpose, meaning, and lifestyle exploration

Participants understand that these Programs are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

Participation does not establish:

• a therapist-client relationship

• a doctor-patient relationship

• a legal advisor-client relationship

• a financial advisor-client relationship

Programs are not a substitute for professional services.

5. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Programs, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

• You determine how to apply information provided in the Programs

• Your outcomes depend on your personal effort and circumstances

Silver Awakening does not guarantee specific results from participation.

6. Confidentiality and Community Respect

Many Silver Awakening Programs include group discussions or community participation.

Participants agree to:

• respect the privacy of other participants

• keep personal stories shared within the Program confidential

• refrain from sharing or distributing other participants’ personal information without permission

While Silver Awakening encourages confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that all participants will honor this commitment.

Participants should exercise discretion when sharing personal information.

7. Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and supportive environment.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• harassment or intimidation

• discriminatory language or behavior

• personal attacks or disruptive conduct

• sharing inappropriate or harmful content

• attempting to promote unrelated commercial services without permission

Silver Awakening reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

8. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

All Program materials provided by Silver Awakening are protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• course materials

• videos and recordings

• workbooks and downloadable resources

• coaching frameworks and methodologies

• branded program structures

Proprietary frameworks may include materials such as:

• SilverSAGE™

• SilverMAESTROS™

• SageCOURSES™

• SageCOURSEBOOKS™

Participants are granted a limited personal license to use these materials for their own educational use.

Participants may not:

• reproduce or distribute Program materials

• share materials with non-participants

• record sessions without permission

• incorporate materials into their own programs or businesses

9. Recording and Use of Program Content

Silver Awakening may record certain Program sessions, such as webinars or group classes, for educational purposes.

By participating in Programs, you acknowledge that:

• sessions may be recorded

• recordings may be shared with other program participants

• recordings may be used for internal training or program development

If a participant does not wish to appear in recordings, they may choose to disable video or refrain from speaking during recorded sessions.

Participants are not permitted to record sessions themselves without permission.

10. Payment and Refund Policies

Program fees, payment plans, and refund policies are provided at the time of enrollment.

By enrolling, you agree to:

• pay all applicable Program fees

• comply with payment terms if using a payment plan

• abide by the refund policy associated with the Program

Unless otherwise specified, digital products and completed program access are generally non-refundable.

11. Removal from Programs

Silver Awakening reserves the right to remove a participant from a Program if they:

• violate this Agreement

• disrupt the learning environment

• engage in harmful or abusive behavior

• breach confidentiality obligations

Removal from a Program may occur without refund depending on the circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Awakening and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in Programs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• decisions made based on Program content

• emotional responses during personal reflection

• perceived lack of results

• interactions with other participants

Participation in Programs is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

13. Release of Claims

By participating in the Programs, you agree to release and hold harmless Silver Awakening from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Programs.

14. Changes to This Agreement

Silver Awakening may update this Program Participation Agreement periodically.

Any updates will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued participation in Programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silver Awakening operates.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Programs shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
