Position: Contract / 100% Remote

At SILVER AWAKENING, our Silver Health Instructors are experienced, fully vetted professionals with a deep understanding of the needs of women 50+—a season of life we call Silver Sage™. Our talented instructors are developing unique live streaming and/or pre-recorded video classes for our soon-to-be-launched Live Streaming Classes and Premium Video Library. Member pricing starts at $15 to view a video on-demand and $25 to attend a live streaming class. Live, instructor-led courses generally consist of 4 - 12 classes and are generally priced between $350 and $700USD. 

OVERVIEW:

• Role: Independent contractor (United States / International) producing live streaming and/or pre-recorded video health classes.
   

• Focus: Health content for women 50+ across our Silver Health categories.
   

• Compensation: Revenue share model:

  • Live streaming courses and classes have a net revenue split of 70% instructor / 30% SILVER AWAKENING.

  • On-demand video classes have a 50/50 net revenue split.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience & Credentials: Demonstrated professional background in your field and current certification(s) relevant to your discipline. Minimum 10 years professional experience in your field and at least 3 years working with women age 50+.
   

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in producing high-quality video and/or live streaming via Zoom.

  • Videos must be horizontal 1080p with excellent lighting and a pleasing, clutter-free background.

  • Clear audio with no background interference; wearable noise-cancelling microphones are recommended.

  • All music used must be license-free to avoid IP infringement.

  • All wellness videos must be fully edited and ready for posting; SILVER AWAKENING will add required opening/closing text and logos.
     

• Insurance: Maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate. Proof of coverage required upon acceptance.
