This Participant Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk (“Waiver”) applies to all individuals (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) who access, enroll in, or participate in any programs, services, courses, workshops, events, retreats, memberships, or related offerings provided by Silver Awakening (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.silverawakening.com (the “Site”) and associated platforms (collectively, the “Programs”).

By registering for or participating in any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Waiver, you should not participate in the Programs.

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any Silver Awakening Program is entirely voluntary.

By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that:

• You have chosen to participate freely and willingly.

• You understand the nature of the Programs and the activities involved.

• You may withdraw from participation at any time if you feel uncomfortable or unable to continue.

2. Nature of Programs

Silver Awakening Programs may include a variety of educational, personal development, and community-based activities, including but not limited to:

• online courses and educational content

• coaching sessions and mentoring

• group discussions and peer support activities

• wellness and lifestyle discussions

• workshops, seminars, and virtual events

• reflective exercises and personal development activities

• potential in-person gatherings or retreats

These Programs are intended to support personal growth, self-discovery, and educational learning.

They are not medical treatment, therapy, or professional services.

3. Assumption of Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for:

• your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

• your personal decisions and actions

• how you interpret and apply any information provided through the Programs

Silver Awakening does not control participants’ decisions or actions outside the Programs.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in personal growth programs may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• emotional responses related to self-reflection

• personal insights that may prompt lifestyle or relationship changes

• discomfort when exploring personal experiences or beliefs

• interactions with other participants in group discussions

If participating in any in-person events or retreats, additional risks may include:

• travel-related risks

• physical activity risks

• environmental factors

• interactions with other participants

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• you understand these risks

• you voluntarily assume all such risks

• you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you

5. Health and Medical Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Silver Awakening does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

• You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals regarding your health.

If you have any medical, psychological, or emotional conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

You agree that you are participating in good physical and mental health or with appropriate professional guidance.

6. No Professional Advice

Information shared in Silver Awakening Programs may relate to:

• personal development

• emotional well-being

• life transitions

• wellness and lifestyle

However, the Programs do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Participants should seek guidance from qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized expertise.

7. Interaction with Other Participants

Some Programs include group discussions or community interaction.

Silver Awakening cannot control the behavior or statements of other participants.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• discussions may include diverse opinions and experiences

• Silver Awakening is not responsible for statements made by participants

• you assume responsibility for how you engage with others

8. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Silver Awakening and its:

• founders

• officers

• employees

• contractors

• coaches

• advisors

• facilitators

• partners

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in the Programs.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:

• personal decisions made during or after participation

• emotional responses to program content

• interactions with other participants

• reliance on information shared within the Programs

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Awakening and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

• your actions during participation in the Programs

• your violation of program policies or agreements

• your misuse of program materials or content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Awakening shall not be liable for any:

• indirect damages

• incidental damages

• consequential damages

• loss of income or opportunities

• personal decisions made as a result of program participation

Your participation in the Programs is undertaken at your own risk.

11. Media Release (Optional)

During certain Programs, sessions may be recorded or photographed for educational or promotional purposes.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• recordings or images may include your participation

• such materials may be used by Silver Awakening for program development, educational use, or marketing

Participants who prefer not to appear in recordings may disable video or notify the program facilitator.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silver Awakening operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Programs shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By participating in any Silver Awakening Program, you acknowledge that you:

• have read this Participant Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

• understand its contents

• voluntarily agree to its terms

You further acknowledge that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
