This Mentor Disclaimer applies to all coaching services, programs, courses, workshops, events, community interactions, and other offerings provided by Silver Awakening (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.silverawakening.com (the “Site”) and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By participating in any coaching-related Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.

1. Nature of Mentorship

Silver Awakening provides transformational coaching and personal development resources designed to support individuals navigating life transitions, personal growth, and self-discovery.

Transformational coaching may include:

  • Personal reflection and self-exploration

  • Guidance related to life transitions and purpose

  • Goal-setting and mindset development

  • Wellness and lifestyle discussions

  • Educational conversations with coaches, mentors, or guest experts

Transformational coaching is a collaborative and educational process intended to support your personal insights and development.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

2. No Therapy or Mental Health Treatment

The coaches, facilitators, mentors, and advisors participating in Silver Awakening programs are not acting as licensed mental health professionals unless explicitly stated.

Participation in any Silver Awakening program does not establish:

  • A therapist-client relationship

  • A psychologist-client relationship

  • A psychiatric treatment relationship

  • A mental health counseling relationship

Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, you should seek support from a qualified licensed mental health professional.

3. No Medical Advice

Transformational coaching discussions may include topics related to:

  • wellness

  • lifestyle

  • personal well-being

  • stress management

  • self-care practices

However, nothing within Silver Awakening programs constitutes medical advice.

Participants should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making decisions regarding:

  • medical conditions

  • medications

  • physical health changes

  • treatment plans

  • health-related lifestyle changes

Silver Awakening does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.

4. Personal Responsibility and Self-Directed Change

Transformational coaching is based on the principle that you are responsible for your own life choices and actions.

By participating in Silver Awakening coaching programs, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your decisions and behaviors

  • You choose how to interpret and apply coaching insights

  • You determine the actions you take following coaching conversations

Silver Awakening provides guidance and educational support, but all outcomes depend on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances.

5 No Guarantees of Results

Personal transformation is a highly individual process.

Silver Awakening does not guarantee any specific results from participation in coaching programs, courses, or related services.

Individual results may vary based on factors such as:

  • personal commitment

  • emotional readiness

  • life circumstances

  • external influences beyond our control

Testimonials or success stories shared by participants represent individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

6 Record Keeping

​Mentors at Silver Awakening must maintain accurate, timely, and professional records for every client interaction within 48 hours of each session, in accordance with the Mentor Performance Standards; all records must be factual, objective, and free of judgment, stored securely, shared only with authorized personnel with client consent or as required by law, retained and disposed of per industry standards and made available for supervision, quality audits, or incident reviews to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

7. Group Coaching and Community Participation

Some Silver Awakening programs may include:

  • group coaching sessions

  • group discussions

  • online community spaces

  • peer support interactions

These environments are designed to encourage shared learning and support.

However:

  • Participants are responsible for their own contributions and disclosures.

  • Other participants are not acting as professionals or advisors.

  • Advice offered by other participants should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

Silver Awakening cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants, though respectful conduct is encouraged.

8. Guest Experts and Facilitators

Silver Awakening may host guest experts such as:

  • life coaches

  • therapists

  • wellness practitioners

  • educators

  • spiritual guides

  • subject-matter experts

The opinions and advice offered by guest experts reflect their individual perspectives and may not represent the official views of Silver Awakening.

Participants should use their own judgment when considering any recommendations made by guest experts.

9. Emotional and Personal Exploration

Transformational coaching may involve exploring personal experiences, beliefs, and emotions.

While these conversations can be meaningful and beneficial, they may also bring up difficult feelings.

By participating in Silver Awakening programs, you acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for determining your own boundaries

  • you may choose to discontinue participation at any time

If deeper psychological support is needed, we encourage you to consult a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

10. Not a Substitute for Professional Services

The coaching services provided through Silver Awakening are not a substitute for professional services, including:

  • psychotherapy

  • psychological counseling

  • psychiatric care

  • medical treatment

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

Participants should seek qualified professionals when appropriate.

11. Voluntary Participation

Participation in all Silver Awakening coaching services is completely voluntary.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that:

  • you understand the scope and limitations of coaching

  • you accept full responsibility for your participation

  • you assume any risks associated with personal exploration and decision-making

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Awakening and its founders, employees, contractors, coaches, advisors, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in coaching programs.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • personal decisions made based on coaching discussions

  • emotional responses to personal exploration

  • perceived lack of results

  • reliance on information provided through the Services

Your participation in coaching activities is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

By participating in any coaching sessions, courses, programs, or community activities offered by Silver Awakening, you acknowledge that you have:
