Instructor Safety Statement
Participants should understand that yoga, tai chi, fitness training, breathwork, and movement practices involve physical activity that may carry inherent risks.
Participation in any class or course is voluntary.
Participants should consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program, particularly if they have:
• injuries
• chronic conditions
• balance issues
• cardiovascular concerns
• joint problems
• recent surgeries
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
• monitoring their own physical condition
• modifying movements as needed
• stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort
Participants should never push beyond their personal limits.
Instructor Limitations
Instructors provide general educational guidance and do not:
• diagnose medical conditions
• provide medical treatment
• replace professional medical advice
