This Digital Product & Course License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of digital products, courses, educational materials, and related resources provided by Silver Awakening (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.silverawakening.com (the “Site”) and associated platforms.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or participating in any digital product, online course, program, membership, or related materials (collectively, the “Digital Products”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or access the Digital Products.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Digital Products and materials provided by Silver Awakening are the exclusive intellectual property of Silver Awakening and its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Course content and curriculum

• Workbooks and written materials

• Videos and audio recordings

• Coaching frameworks and methodologies

• Program structures and teaching formats

• Graphics, illustrations, and designs

• Downloadable resources and templates

• Branding and trademarks

This also includes proprietary frameworks and branded materials such as:

• Silver Sage™

• Silver Talks™

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of these rights to you.

2. Limited Personal License

Upon purchase or authorized access to Digital Products, Silver Awakening grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license allows you to:

• View course materials

• Download permitted resources for personal use

• Print workbook pages for your personal study

• Participate in course activities and exercises

This license does not grant you ownership of the materials.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written consent from Silver Awakening:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials

• Share course login credentials with others

• Upload course materials to file-sharing sites or social media

• Record, download, or redistribute course videos

• Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials

• Create derivative works based on the course content

• Teach or present the content as your own program

• Incorporate course materials into your own courses or coaching programs

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and breach of this Agreement.

4. Account Access and Security

Access to Digital Products may require the creation of an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Use your account only for your personal use

• Not share your login information with others

Silver Awakening reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing or unauthorized use is detected.

5. Lifetime Access and Availability

Some Digital Products may be marketed as offering “lifetime access.”

For the purposes of this Agreement, lifetime access means access for the duration that the course or program remains available on our platform.

Silver Awakening reserves the right to:

• update course materials

• modify program content

• discontinue courses or digital products

If a product is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when feasible.

6. Payment Terms

All Digital Products must be paid for according to the pricing terms presented at the time of purchase.

You agree that:

• Payment information provided is accurate

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

• All applicable fees and taxes will be paid

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Silver Awakening does not store or control your payment card information.

7. Refund Policy

Refund policies may vary depending on the Digital Product or course.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

• Courses may have specific refund windows outlined at purchase

• Refund requests must comply with the stated policy for the program

Silver Awakening reserves the right to evaluate refund requests at its discretion where applicable.

8. Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized distribution or sharing of Digital Products may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

• Revocation of your license to use the materials

• Legal action to recover damages

• Enforcement of copyright protections

Silver Awakening actively protects its intellectual property rights.

9. Educational Use Only

Digital Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not intended to replace professional services, including:

• medical advice

• mental health treatment

• legal guidance

• financial advice

Participants are responsible for how they apply the information provided.

10. No Guarantees of Results

Participation in courses or use of Digital Products does not guarantee any specific results.

Individual outcomes vary based on many factors including:

• personal commitment

• life circumstances

• implementation of course material

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences only.

11. Termination of License

Silver Awakening may terminate your license to access Digital Products if you:

• violate this Agreement

• distribute proprietary materials

• share account access

• engage in unauthorized commercial use of the materials

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Digital Products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Awakening shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• use of Digital Products

• inability to access course materials

• personal decisions made based on course content

• technical interruptions or platform issues

Your use of Digital Products is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Modifications to This Agreement

Silver Awakening may update this Agreement periodically.

Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued access to Digital Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silver Awakening operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
