Silver Circles:

Silver Circles are intimate, small-group experiences that require committed participation and advanced preparation by our mentors. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the Silver Circle are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. Because Silver Circles operate as a continuous four-week experience, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled, or made up individually. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a Silver Circle, participants will receive a full refund.

 

Silver Mentors:

Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

 

Silver Learning:

Silver Awakening honors the time and preparation our instructors devote to their offerings, while also understanding that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of a Silver Learning class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a class, participants will receive a full refund.

Silver Gatherings:

Silver Gatherings require significant advance planning, preparation, and reserved space to create a safe and transformative experience for all participants. A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat begins. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of a Silver Retreat are eligible for a full refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. Because Silver Gatherings are immersive, multi-day experiences with a set schedule, we are unable to offer refunds or make up options for any missed portions of the retreat, including late arrivals or early departures. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a retreat, participants will receive a full refund.
