Community Code of Conduct Guidelines

The Silver Awakening community exists to provide a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for individuals seeking personal growth, connection, and meaningful conversation.
These Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all members, participants, moderators, instructors, and guests participating in community spaces hosted by Silver Awakening (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.silverawakening.com (the “Site”) and any associated platforms, programs, forums, membership areas, events, or social groups (collectively, the “Community”).
By participating in the Community, you agree to abide by these Guidelines.
1. Purpose of the Community
The Silver Awakening Community is designed to support:

Members are encouraged to participate in ways that promote kindness, curiosity, and personal empowerment.

All members are expected to uphold the following values:

Welcome diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiences.
Personal Responsibility
Take responsibility for your own words, actions, and contributions.
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of fellow members and honor the trust that others place in the Community.
Supportive Dialogue
Engage in discussions that encourage growth, reflection, and constructive exchange.
3. Expected Member Behavior
Members are encouraged to:

Respect personal boundaries and emotional sensitivities
Members should aim to create a safe environment where participants feel comfortable sharing personal experiences.
4. Prohibited Behavior
To maintain a healthy and supportive community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Harassment or Bullying
This includes intimidation, repeated unwanted contact, hostile comments, or targeting individuals.
Discrimination
Discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics will not be tolerated.
Personal Attacks
Criticizing or attacking individuals rather than discussing ideas or experiences.
Offensive or Abusive Content
Posting content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
Trolling or Disruptive Behavior
Deliberately provoking arguments or disrupting conversations.
Spam or Unsolicited Promotions
Posting advertisements, promotional materials, or links unrelated to the Community without permission.
Unauthorized Solicitation
Attempting to sell products, recruit clients, or promote services without approval from Silver Awakening.
Impersonation
Misrepresenting your identity or falsely representing affiliation with another person or organization.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
The Silver Awakening Community encourages open sharing and personal reflection. Members must respect the privacy of others.
Participants agree to:

Keep personal stories shared within the Community confidential

Avoid sharing or reposting discussions outside the Community

Refrain from taking screenshots or recordings without permission

Respect each participant’s right to control their personal information
While confidentiality is strongly encouraged, Silver Awakening cannot guarantee that all members will honor these expectations.
Members should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information.
6. Constructive Dialogue
Healthy dialogue is encouraged, even when opinions differ.
Members are encouraged to:

Avoid inflammatory language or assumptions
The goal is to create thoughtful and enriching conversations.
7. Professional Boundaries
Members should be mindful that:

Other participants are not acting as licensed professionals

Advice shared by community members may reflect personal experiences rather than professional expertise
Community discussions should not replace professional advice related to health, mental health, legal matters, or financial decisions.
8. Intellectual Property Respect
The Community may include proprietary content created by Silver Awakening, including:

course materials
-
coaching frameworks
-
presentations
-
videos and recordings
-
branded educational resources
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside the Community without permission.
Respect for intellectual property protects the integrity of the learning environment.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
Silver Awakening reserves the right to monitor and moderate Community activity to ensure compliance with these Guidelines.
Moderation actions may include:

warnings issued to members
-
temporary suspension of participation

permanent removal from the Community
Moderation decisions are made at the discretion of Silver Awakening and are intended to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
10. Reporting Concerns
If you experience or observe behavior that violates these Guidelines, you are encouraged to report the concern to the Community moderators or administrators.
Reports should include:

a description of the issue

relevant screenshots or information if available
-
the names of individuals involved
Silver Awakening will review reports and take appropriate action.
11. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these Guidelines may result in actions including:

warnings or reminders of community expectations
-
removal of content
-
temporary suspension from the Community
-
permanent removal from community access
Serious violations may also result in termination from associated Programs without refund.
12. Changes to the Guidelines
Silver Awakening may update these Community Guidelines periodically to reflect the evolving needs of the Community.
Updates will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
