A relationship changes. A role evolves. A chapter quietly comes to an end. Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all. But something feels different. You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, replaying conversations, searching for certainty, or feeling less connected to yourself than you once did. Trusting Yourself Again is a guided experience for women who want to better understand what happens beneath those moments. Together, we'll explore the patterns that arise in moments of uncertainty and begin understanding them in a new way. This isn't about fixing yourself or finding the "right" answer. Instead, you'll be guided through a slower, more experiential process of understanding yourself. You'll be invited to become curious about your experience rather than rushing toward answers. Through two weeks of short guided videos, community reflection, and a 90-minute live integration session in week three (a pre-recorded video of the session is available if you're unable to attend live), you'll begin to: • Recognize familiar patterns that arise when something feels uncertain or important • Understand how those patterns developed and why they often make more sense than they first appear • Explore what those responses may be trying to do for you • Begin reconnecting with your own experience and relating to yourself with greater understanding and less judgment You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You only need a willingness to become curious. Because sometimes trusting yourself again doesn't begin with finding the answer. It begins with understanding yourself more clearly.

Who are Silver Learning courses for?

Silver Learning courses are for women over 50 who want support, guidance, and community through change. Topics include healing after betrayal, divorce, reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and creating the life you want next. You do not need any prior experience.

How do the courses work?

Courses are live, instructor-led programs for small groups of women. Most meet once a week for about an hour. Each course page lists its start and end dates, meeting day and time (Eastern Time), format, and group size in the details block near the top of the page.

 

Are all sessions recorded?

It depends on the course. The details block on each course page tells you whether sessions are recorded.

 

What if I cannot attend a session?

Please check the details block on your course page for the recording policy. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred.

Is there anything I need to buy or prepare?

Most courses include a free coursebook or journal, listed on the course page. You do not need to buy anything else.

​How much do Silver Learning courses cost?

What time zone are the sessions in?

All course times are in Eastern Time. Daylight saving time begins March 14, 2027, so please check your local start time if you are in another time zone.

What is the refund policy?

Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. If SILVER AWAKENING cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund.

 

Is Silver Learning therapy?

Silver Learning courses are educational and supportive programs led by certified coaches and facilitators. They are not therapy and do not replace mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
