ABOUT
This Silver Circle has 4-weekly sessions: Tues 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 @ 10am PST / 11:00pm MST / 12:00pm CST / 1:00pm EST The price is $160 for all 4 sessions. The Sexual Healing Silver Circle is a compassionate, confidential support group for women processing struggles with finding sexual pleasure due to life changes. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, members share memories, emotions, and the practical realities that follow loss—funeral planning, estate matters, shifting roles, and day-to-day routines—while receiving empathetic listening and gentle guidance. Expert facilitated conversations help participants access resources and navigate immediate next steps with clarity and care. Beyond practical support, the Circle honors the individual nature of grief and focuses on emotional healing, meaning-making, and adaptive coping. Through reflective exercises, storytelling, ritual creation, and mutually supportive check-ins, members explore ways to hold sorrow alongside hope, rebuild social connection, and discover new rhythms of living. The group fosters validation, resilience, and enduring community so women leave each session feeling seen, less isolated, and more able to tend to themselves through the grieving process.
