The Rewriting Your Story© Retreat is a 7-day, 6-night transformational retreat for women over 50, hosted by SILVER AWAKENING co-founder Sharon Ryan at the SILVER SAGE® VILLA in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. The next retreat runs January 24 to 30, 2027. Suites cost $3,400 to $3,600, and the group is limited to 8 women. You do not need to take the Rewriting Your Story course first. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE: Workshops, guided meditations, embodied practices and soulful dialogue bring the Rewriting Your Story course and coursebook to life. The journey moves from childhood narratives through emotional intelligence and belief systems into shadow work, and ends with rewriting your origin story. WHAT IS INCLUDED: • Six nights in a private suite with ocean views • A private heated pool • Breakfast, lunch and snacks prepared by the in-villa chef • Dinners in town, with golf cart rides to town and the beach • Daily restorative movement and healing practices • Two facilitated sessions each day • Airport transfers • Not included: flights ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Sharon Ryan is a co-founder of SILVER AWAKENING and the host of the Rewriting Your Story© Retreat. She is an educator, workshop leader, midlife coach, and transformational guide who helps women reclaim wholeness—mind, body, heart, and spirit. She combines a background in corporate leadership with spiritual and embodiment practices to help women 50+ navigate life transitions with greater awareness and intention. Sharon holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Midlife Coaching and is a certified 200-hour Yin Yoga instructor and Reiki Master with more than 25 years of experience. She earned her BA in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit secures your place; the balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days, cancellations are not refundable and no credits or transfers are issued. Missed portions of the retreat, including late arrivals and early departures, cannot be refunded or made up. The villa is about 45 minutes north in Sayulita, and airport transfers are included. Flights are not. Who leads the retreat? SILVER AWAKENING co-founder Sharon Ryan hosts and leads the retreat. Do I need to take the Rewriting Your Story course first? No. You do not have to take the online Rewriting Your Story course before attending. Is this retreat therapy? No. It is a facilitated experience of workshops, guided meditations, embodied practices and dialogue. It does not replace therapy or medical care. What if I need to cancel?
