ABOUT
Olivia Kwan-Sandy is a Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Coach who is dedicated to compassionate, individualized care for women at every stage of life. She specializes in family medicine, emergency and urgent medicine, but is most passionate about women's health and menopause management, as it applies to symptom relief and long-term wellness. Olivia listens closely to each client’s concerns and helps to design tailored solutions that balance medical best practices with each person’s goals and lifestyle. Olivia brings years of clinical experience from leading health systems, including Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, Alameda Hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the University of Utah in Salt Lake. Her background across diverse settings gives her a strong foundation in evidence-based care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to manage complex cases while maintaining a warm, patient-centered approach. Her academic preparation includes a Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman’s University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Bachelor’s in Health from California State University, East Bay. Olivia stays current with advances in women’s health and hormone therapy to provide thoughtful, up-to-date care that supports long-term wellbeing. Olivia is fluent in both English and Chinese.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24 hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
