Mandy Lotey is a coach, workshop leader, and transformational guide who helps women at 50 and beyond reclaim who they have always been. With over 15 years of experience in HR, leadership, people development, including senior roles at the BBC and as a Performance Coach at one of Europe's largest technology companies, Mandy brings a rare combination of corporate precision and deep human understanding to her work. It was this front-row seat to human potential, its limits, that led her to her truest calling. After completing her ICF-accredited coaching certification, she built a practice at the intersection of spirituality, science and performance. One rooted not in theory, but in lived experience. At Silver Awakenings, Mandy designs and leads immersive workshop programmes that integrate neuroscience, astrology, numerology, emotional intelligence and consciousness work.
