Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. You can book up to three different mentors, with one free consultation per mentor. A free SILVER AWAKENING membership is required to book. What is the cancellation policy?
