ABOUT
Silver Mentors are vetted therapists, coaches or trained professionals who supports women over 50 through life transitions. You can book up to three different Silver Mentors, with one free consultation per mentor, so you can find the right fit before booking paid one-on-one sessions. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Browse the Silver Mentors at https://www.silverawakening.com/silver-mentors and decide which mentor you would like to meet online. 2. Return to this page, select "BOOK NOW!" and choose the mentor of your choice from FILTER BY: STAFF MEMBER > select your mentor from the drop down list. 3. You will then choose a time to meet your mentor online for 20 minutes. Share what you are going through and ask how they work. 4. Decide whether to continue with private one-on-one sessions (60 to 75 minutes by ZOOM) with that mentor, or consult another. WHO IS THIS FOR? Women over 50 navigating divorce, loss and grief, reinvention, or other life transitions, and who want to meet a mentor before committing. Membership is free and is required to book.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If SILVER AWAKENING® must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Is the consultation really free? Yes. The 20-minute consultation costs nothing. You can book up to three different Silver Mentors, with one free consultation per mentor. How long is the consultation, and where does it take place? Each consultation lasts 20 minutes and takes place online by video. Can I book more than one mentor? Yes. You can book up to three different Silver Mentors. Each mentor offers one free consultation. What happens after the consultation? If you feel it is a good fit, you can book private one-on-one sessions with that mentor. These run 60 to 75 minutes by video. There is no obligation to continue. What is the cancellation policy? Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed sessions or no-shows, are not refundable.
