Eleni Savva is a speaker curator, coach, and storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of identity, transformation and human expression. With over two decades of experience across filmmaking, storytelling, the creative and corporate industries, she has developed a distinctive ability to uncover the deeper narrative beneath what is seen, said and lived. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Directing and a Master of Arts in Filmmaking, both of which shaped her early career as a filmmaker and director in London. There, she cultivated a sharp sensitivity to nuance, working closely with actors and real people alike, to reveal the unspoken layers of human experience. This foundation continues to inform her work today, where story is not just told, but transformed. Eleni is also the Founder and CEO of Empower Your Essence coaching company, a platform dedicated to guiding individuals and organisations through meaningful transformation, identity work and personal empowerment. She is an ICF-accredited Life Coach and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner, integrating evidence-based coaching methodologies with a deeply intuitive understanding of human behaviour. Her approach is both structured and soulful, guiding individuals to reconnect with their voice, reframe the narratives that define them and step into a more conscious, empowered way of being. She is widely recognised for her work within the TEDx space, where she has served as a speaker curator, host, coach and storyline producer. In this role, she has worked with a distinguished calibre of speakers, globally recognised for their contributions, including Nobel laureates and influential voices shaping, helping them shape ideas worth sharing into talks that are not only compelling, but deeply authentic. Through her workshops, including her signature programme The Story Beneath the Story™, Eleni works with both individuals and organisations to explore identity, unlock potential and facilitate meaningful transformation. Her work invites people to move beyond performance and into presence, where clarity, confidence and truth naturally emerge. At the heart of everything she does is a simple, yet profound belief: that the way we understand and tell our story has the power to change not only our lives, but the way we move through the world.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
