ABOUT

This Silver Circle cohort group has 4-weekly sessions: Weds 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30 @ 4:00pm PST / 5:00pm MST / 6:00pm CST / 7:00pm EST The price is $160 for all 4 sessions. The Divorce & Separation Silver Circle is a compassionate, confidential peer group for women 50+ navigating the emotional and practical complexities of ending a relationship later in life. Meetings provide a safe space to share feelings, experiences, process grief and anger, and get clear on next steps, such as, parenting adjustments, housing decisions and financial reorganizing. Professionally facilitated conversations help members weigh choices, build practical plans, and access resources while honoring individual timelines and boundaries. Beyond information and logistics, the Circle focuses on rebuilding identity, confidence, and personal resilience after separation. Through reflective exercises, mutual listening, and accountability partnerships, participants explore self-care, boundary-setting, co-parenting strategies, and steps toward independent living and social reconnection. The group cultivates empathy, validation, and lasting supportive connections so women leave each session feeling less isolated, more empowered, and better equipped to move forward. ABOUT KAY Kay Seelinger, MA, LPC, is a professional counselor who offers therapy to individuals and couples. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to listen, hold, and support clients through difficult transitions, guiding them with curiosity and courage toward greater self-trust, healing, and wholehearted living. Kay emphasizes partnership—walking alongside clients for whatever length of time the journey requires. She specializes in treating underlying trauma, including attachment wounds, abuse/neglect, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, parenting and marital issues, and is particularly passionate about working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma. Her approach blends evidence‑based interventions and somatic, relational work to help clients unlearn distorted self-beliefs, restore safety, and reclaim agency in relationships and life. Kay earned her MA degree from Denver Seminary and holds a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) from the Maiberger Institute.
