For Women Over 50: Divorce & Separation is a live online Silver Circle offering gray divorce support for women navigating the end of a relationship later in life. Led by Kay Seelinger, MA, LPC, this confidential peer group meets for 4 weekly sessions. $160 USD for all four sessions. The Divorce & Separation Silver Circle offers a compassionate, confidential space for women 50+ to process the emotional and practical realities of separation and divorce. Together, members can share experiences, work through grief, anger, and uncertainty, and begin getting clear about what comes next: from changing family dynamics and housing decisions to finances, boundaries, and rebuilding daily life. WHO IT'S FOR: Women 50+ navigating separation or divorce, whether it is recent or long in the making. WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE: • Processing grief, anger, and uncertainty • Next steps: family dynamics, housing, and finances • Boundaries and rebuilding daily life • Rebuilding identity, confidence, and self-trust • Reconnecting with life beyond the relationship Professionally facilitated conversations and reflective exercises help women explore their choices, strengthen self-trust, and move forward at their own pace. The Circle also creates space for the deeper work of rediscovering identity, rebuilding confidence, and reconnecting with life beyond the relationship. Through shared experience, mutual support, and meaningful connection, women can feel less alone and more empowered to shape their next chapter. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Kay Seelinger, MA, LPC, is a professional counselor who helps individuals and couples navigate difficult transitions with greater self-trust, healing, and resilience. She specializes in trauma, attachment wounds, grief and loss, relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse, and betrayal trauma. Blending evidence-based interventions with somatic and relational work, Kay helps clients restore safety, reclaim agency, and move toward wholehearted living. She earned her MA from Denver Seminary and holds a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) from the Maiberger Institute.
Cancellation Policy
Silver Circles are intimate, small-group experiences that require committed participation and advanced preparation by our mentors. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the Silver Circle are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. Because Silver Circles operate as a continuous four-week experience, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled, or made up individually. This Silver Circle meets live online, so you can join from anywhere. • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? $160 USD for all four sessions. • IS THIS A GRAY DIVORCE SUPPORT GROUP? Yes. It offers gray divorce support for women over 50 ending a relationship. It is a peer support group led by a licensed counselor, not individual therapy. • DO I NEED ANSWERS BEFORE I JOIN? No. Come as you are, at any stage. The group honors each woman's timeline. • WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION? Missed sessions cannot be reimbursed, rescheduled, or made up individually, because the Silver Circle is a continuous four-week experience.
