Disha is a certified life, relationship, and executive coach specializing in relational dynamics and the rebuilding of identity after betrayal. Her approach is holistic, drawing on structured coaching methodologies alongside integrative and spiritual modalities, because she believes every woman's path back to herself is entirely her own. Alongside her coaching practice, she holds a long career in financial services. What she brings into a coaching room is not the absence of feeling. It is the capacity to hold feeling without being swept away by it. At the center of her work is a conviction that has never wavered: the most powerful thing a woman can do is come home to herself.
