Disha is a Certified Executive, Relationship, and Life Coach who specializes in Betrayal Trauma & Identity Rebuilding. With a background in global financial services and over a decade of interior work, personal and professional, she brings a rare combination of rigor, warmth, and lived wisdom to her coaching practice. She specializes in supporting women who are rebuilding their identity after betrayal: the kind that shatters not just a relationship, but a whole sense of self. Her approach is holistic, integrating structured coaching techniques with spiritual and astrological modalities, and deeply individualized, because she knows that no two healing journeys look alike. Disha doesn't push forgiveness on a timeline or soften what is real. She meets women exactly where they are in the full truth of where they are and walks alongside them as they find their way back to themselves. Her core belief: the most powerful thing a woman can do is come home to herself. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
