Silver Mentors!

Position: Contract / 100% Remote

At SILVER AWAKENING, our Silver Mentors are experienced, fully vetted professionals with a deep understanding of the needs of women 50+—a season of life we call Silver Sage™.

OVERVIEW:

• Role: Independent contractor (United States / International) Silver Mentors offer one-on-one and group, live streaming, online coaching through Silver Mentors and Silver Circles.

• Focus: Coaching, therapy, medical, health, financial, alternative medicine, and other expert consulting tailored to women 50+.

​

• Compensation: Mentors set their own hourly rate and are compensated through a net revenue share—75% to the Mentor / 25% retained by SILVER AWAKENING.

​

• Opportunities: SILVER AWAKENING Mentors may also have the opportunity to participate in Silver Learning, Silver Gatherings, Silver Wellness, Silver Beauty, and Silver Health.

HOW IT WORKS:

SILVER AWAKENING promotes professionals whose practices align with our brand. Silver Mentors must have an established online practice and be available for additional one-on-one virtual sessions and/or group sessions. Once accepted, you’ll be listed as a Silver Mentor on the website and may leverage additional platform opportunities as outlined above.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years professional experience in your field and at least 3 years working with women age 50+.

​

• Credentials: Relevant certifications or accredited credentials.

​

• Insurance: Professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate. Proof required upon acceptance.

​

Availability & Responsibilities:

• Availability: At least 10 billable hours per month available for new clients and willingness to offer a one-time, free 20-minute consultations to members.

​

• Scheduling: Maintain an up-to-date online calendar (Google/iCal/Outlook) that links to our booking system so members can schedule only during your available times. Bookings will sync to your calendar in real time; you may reschedule directly with clients as needed.
