At SILVER AWAKENING, our SILVER LEARNING & GATHERINGS INSTRUCTORS are experienced, fully vetted professionals with a deep understanding of the needs of women 50+—a season of life we call Silver Sage™.

OVERVIEW:

• Role: Independent contractor (United States / International) instructors creating and/or delivering approved online, instructor-led courses for Silver Learning and/or courses paired with in-person retreats, showcased on our Silver Gatherings page.

​

• Compensation: Revenue-share model. Proven, turnkey courses/retreats that require minimal platform support may receive up to 70% net to instructor / 30% to SILVER AWAKENING. Courses requiring substantial platform support may receive a 50/50 net split. Final split determined after review of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

•  Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably 10+, in your field and at least 3 years working with women age 50+.

​

• Availability: Ability to offer your classes in two different time slots, ensuring students have options for attendance throughout the course.

​

• Credentials: Instructors must hold relevant certifications or accredited credentials in their field.

​

• Online Delivery: Ability to deliver high-quality online instruction (video, Zoom, LMS familiarity) and provide polished course materials and recordings as applicable.
