Living the 8 Limbs of Yoga is an eight-week experiential workshop designed for women who are ready to root into their inner wisdom, reclaim their vitality, and live with greater clarity and purpose.
Guided by educator, Yoga teacher, and midlife transformational coach Sharon Ryan, this journey offers more than insight—it offers a practice. A way to ground your life in meaning, presence, and spiritual alignment. Drawing from the philosophical foundations of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, participants will explore how the eight limbs of yoga offer a timeless framework for navigating midlife transitions with resilience, grace, and conscious renewal.
Each week, we’ll explore one limb through:
