Carmela’s weekly transcendent Crystal Bowl Sound Frequency Healings will surely enhance your insightful journey inward. And weekly journaling assignments, will provide enriching self-exploration intrinsic to the process. The format of this class is designed to afford you privacy to learn and practice without being on camera. Having taught these effective tools for decades, Carmela advises that an overload of information upfront will detract from your experiential process of self-discovery. So, get comfy with a beverage, your journal, a pillow, blanket, perhaps a head set, and a place to lie down and enjoy a nurturing and insightful experience to launch you into your next Life Chapter. We will provide a closed, private, online group offering the option of interacting with other class participants to share insights, observations, self-discovery and photos of your creative home altars. Carmela will provide weekly posts with additional information pertinent to the lessons. Who are Silver Learning courses for?

Silver Learning courses are for women over 50 who want support, guidance, and community through change. Topics include healing after betrayal, divorce, reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and creating the life you want next. You do not need any prior experience.

How do the courses work?

Courses are live, instructor-led programs for small groups of women. Most meet once a week for about an hour. Each course page lists its start and end dates, meeting day and time (Eastern Time), format, and group size in the details block near the top of the page.

 

Are all sessions recorded?

It depends on the course. The details block on each course page tells you whether sessions are recorded.

 

What if I cannot attend a session?

Please check the details block on your course page for the recording policy. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred.

Is there anything I need to buy or prepare?

Most courses include a free coursebook or journal, listed on the course page. You do not need to buy anything else.

Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. If SILVER AWAKENING cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund.
