Rooted in the Silver Awakening philosophy, this program supports participants in cultivating the daily practices, inner clarity, and embodied confidence needed to live as the Silver Sage they are becoming. Each week offers a thoughtful blend of guided practices, reflective journaling, and experiential tools that strengthen self‑trust, deepen intuitive awareness, and reinforce the habits that sustain an aligned life. Participants explore the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of personal power while learning practical strategies for grounding, centering, and choosing from a place of inner authority. The structure of the program helps translate insight into lived experience, ensuring that transformation becomes a way of being rather than a moment in time. By the end of the program, participants will have developed a personalized Sage Practice—an intentional set of rituals, mindsets, and actions that support their ongoing evolution. This journey invites each individual to step forward with clarity, grace, and self‑honoring confidence, fully embodying the wisdom, presence, and power of the Silver Sage within.

Who are Silver Learning courses for?

Silver Learning courses are for women over 50 who want support, guidance, and community through change. Topics include healing after betrayal, divorce, reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and creating the life you want next. You do not need any prior experience.

How do the courses work?

Courses are live, instructor-led programs for small groups of women. Most meet once a week for about an hour. Each course page lists its start and end dates, meeting day and time (Eastern Time), format, and group size in the details block near the top of the page.

Are all sessions recorded?

It depends on the course. The details block on each course page tells you whether sessions are recorded.

What if I cannot attend a session?

Please check the details block on your course page for the recording policy. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred.

Is there anything I need to buy or prepare?

Most courses include a free coursebook or journal, listed on the course page. You do not need to buy anything else.

How much do Silver Learning courses cost?

What time zone are the sessions in?

Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. If SILVER AWAKENING cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund.
