Who are Silver Learning courses for?
Silver Learning courses are for women over 50 who want support, guidance, and community through change. Topics include healing after betrayal, divorce, reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and creating the life you want next. You do not need any prior experience.
How do the courses work?
Courses are live, instructor-led programs for small groups of women. Most meet once a week for about an hour. Each course page lists its start and end dates, meeting day and time (Eastern Time), format, and group size in the details block near the top of the page.
Are all sessions recorded?
It depends on the course. The details block on each course page tells you whether sessions are recorded.
What if I cannot attend a session?
Please check the details block on your course page for the recording policy. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred.
Is there anything I need to buy or prepare?
Most courses include a free coursebook or journal, listed on the course page. You do not need to buy anything else.
How much do Silver Learning courses cost?
Prices generally range from $250 to $800. See course listings above for the price of each course.
What time zone are the sessions in?
All course times are in Eastern Time. Daylight saving time begins March 14, 2027, so please check your local start time if you are in another time zone.
How do I register and pay?

What is the refund policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. If SILVER AWAKENING cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund.
Is Silver Learning therapy?
Silver Learning courses are educational and supportive programs led by certified coaches and facilitators. They are not therapy and do not replace mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

SILVER AWAKENING honors the time and preparation our instructors devote to their offerings, while also understanding that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of a Silver Learning class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers will be issued. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a class, participants will receive a full refund.
