January 27, 2027 - March 17, 2027 Every Wednesday for 8 Weeks 7:00pm to 8:00pm EST A Sacred Unfolding is an 8-week recovery program for women who are finding their footing after betrayal. Each week gently combines psychoeducation, guided reflection, and grounding practices in a space that is warm, honest, and entirely free of judgment. You will begin to understand what happened to your nervous system, your sense of self, and your sense of reality, and you will do that work alongside other women who know exactly what you are carrying. This is not a room where anyone is ahead of anyone else. It is a room where women hold each other as they heal. The program moves through three phases of Safety and Stabilization, Anger and Grief, and Post-Traumatic Growth, and it is designed for the full reality of this season of life. Betrayal does not arrive in isolation. It arrives alongside hormonal shifts, decades of shared identity, a future that suddenly looks nothing like the one that was planned, and a grief that the world around you does not always know how to hold. This program makes room for all of it. You will not be asked to rush. You will not be asked to forgive, not on anyone else's timeline, and not at all if that is not where you land. You will be met exactly where you are.
