January 27, 2027 - March 17, 2027 Live on Zoom | Every Wednesday for 8 weeks 7:00pm to 8:00pm Eastern Time Limited to 12 women | Sessions are not recorded A Sacred Unfolding is an 8-week recovery program for women who are finding their footing after betrayal. Each week gently combines psychoeducation, guided reflection, and grounding practices in a space that is warm, honest, and entirely free of judgment. You will begin to understand what happened to your nervous system, your sense of self, and your sense of reality, and you will do that work alongside other women who know exactly what you are carrying. This is not a room where anyone is ahead of anyone else. It is a room where women hold each other as they heal. The program moves through three phases of Safety and Stabilization, Anger and Grief, and Post-Traumatic Growth, and it is designed for the full reality of this season of life. Betrayal does not arrive in isolation. It arrives alongside hormonal shifts, decades of shared identity, a future that suddenly looks nothing like the one that was planned, and a grief that the world around you does not always know how to hold. This program makes room for all of it. You will not be asked to rush. You will not be asked to forgive, not on anyone else's timeline, and not at all if that is not where you land. You will be met exactly where you are.

Who are Silver Learning courses for?

Silver Learning courses are for women over 50 who want support, guidance, and community through change. Topics include healing after betrayal, divorce, reclaiming your voice, trusting yourself, and creating the life you want next. You do not need any prior experience.

How do the courses work?

Courses are live, instructor-led programs for small groups of women. Most meet once a week for about an hour. Each course page lists its start and end dates, meeting day and time (Eastern Time), format, and group size in the details block near the top of the page.

 

Are all sessions recorded?

It depends on the course. The details block on each course page tells you whether sessions are recorded.

 

What if I cannot attend a session?

Please check the details block on your course page for the recording policy. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred.

Is there anything I need to buy or prepare?

Most courses include a free coursebook or journal, listed on the course page. You do not need to buy anything else.

​How much do Silver Learning courses cost?

Prices generally range from $250 to $800. See course listings above for the price of each course.

What time zone are the sessions in?

All course times are in Eastern Time. Daylight saving time begins March 14, 2027, so please check your local start time if you are in another time zone.

What is the refund policy?

Cancel 30 or more days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not refundable, and no credits or transfers are issued. If SILVER AWAKENING cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund.

 

Is Silver Learning therapy?

Silver Learning courses are educational and supportive programs led by certified coaches and facilitators. They are not therapy and do not replace mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
