Patch Garcia serves as the Chief Culture Officer at SILVER AWAKENING, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture by overseeing hiring and talent development that aligns with the organization's vision and goals. Known for her expertise in creating and maintaining strong company cultures, Patch fosters an environment where employees and contractors can thrive, innovate, and earn living wages. Her specialization in staffing startups and restructuring small businesses enables her to enhance workplace morale, increase efficiency, and contribute positively to the bottom line.

Since 2001, Patch has been a key member of leadership teams in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on sustainability and clean energy trades, including solar, plant-focused biotech, and biomass recycling. She has held significant positions such as General Manager of one of California's first PV/solar electric contractors and later as Chief Culture Officer at the nation's first venture-backed residential energy efficiency software firm. Her extensive experience equips her with unique insights into fostering a productive and engaged workforce in the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Outside of work, Patch enjoys an active lifestyle, often engaging in activities such as working out, riding her tandem bicycle, or sailing with her partner. She also enjoys leisurely walks with her dog along the regional shoreline in the East Bay. A fan of milk chocolate, small dogs, and red wine, Patch maintains a balanced life that complements her professional commitments.
