Maureen's diverse background encompasses expertise in marketing, communications, revenue growth, multi-unit operations, and mergers & acquisitions diligence and exits. Maureen has successfully led initiatives in brand repositioning, digital transformation, and governance collaboration across prominent institutions, including those in higher education and early childhood sectors. Her efforts have consistently yielded significant improvements in enrollment figures, fundraising outcomes, and overall stakeholder trust, showcasing her ability to deliver measurable results amidst complex challenges.

With a deep passion for community engagement and nonprofit governance, Maureen combines strategic vision with strong operational discipline to guide organizations through periods of change, growth, or transition.
