ABOUT
Jen Legaspi is an educator, coach, and guide whose work centers on embodied self-trust. She supports women in reconnecting with themselves and navigating life transitions, uncertainty, and the patterns that often pull them away from their own inner knowing. Drawing from somatic practices, nervous system awareness, and years of experience supporting women through personal transformation, Jen helps clients better understand the patterns beneath self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm. Her trauma-informed approach blends practical insight with body-based awareness, creating space for women to understand their responses without shame, interrupt old ways of coping, and begin relating to themselves differently. Jen is a trauma-informed Certified Master Coach, certified Integrative Wellness Coach, and yoga teacher. She is also the author of Brave Wise Woman, a book inspired by her own journey of healing and finding her way back to herself after divorce. Through coaching, courses, and guided experiences, she offers a thoughtful and accessible path toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins not by pushing through or trying to get everything right, but by learning to listen inward with more honesty, gentleness, and trust.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Individual Silver Mentor sessions are reserved specifically for you, and our mentors dedicate time and preparation to support your growth. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not refundable. Any rescheduling request for a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be handled solely at the mentor's discretion. Missed sessions, including no shows, are considered non-refundable. For clients who purchase a package of sessions, each session within the package follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy, and unused sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun. If Silver Awakening must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
