This Silver Circle has 4-weekly sessions: Weds 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25 @ 7:00pm. CST The price is $160 for all 4 sessions. The Career & Retirement Silver Circle is a supportive group for women 50+ navigating career transitions, displacements and the shift into retirement. Members meet in a confidential, nonjudgmental space to share experiences, clarify goals, and explore practical steps, such as resume and LinkedIn updates, networking strategies, financial planning basics, and part‑time or consulting options. These expert guided discussions help women weigh choices, manage uncertainty, and build actionable plans that align with their skills, values, and lifestyle priorities. Beyond practical tools, the Circle focuses on identity, purpose, and wellbeing during change. Through empathetic listening, accountability partnerships, and short exercises for confidence and resilience, participants discover new ways to define success and design a fulfilling next chapter. The group fosters lasting connections, mutual encouragement, and a sense of possibility so members leave each meeting more informed, energized, and ready to move forward. ABOUT DULCE Ava is an empowerment, relationship, and sexuality coach and therapist with expertise in Transpersonal Psychology, Attachment Psychology, and Trauma. She integrates her experiential insights with her professional training to offer a unique perspective on healing from betrayal. Based in Mexico, Ava creates retreats and is authoring a book on cultivating courage.
