You may be navigating a transition, feeling the effects of a relationship change, adjusting to a new stage of life, or simply noticing that something feels off in a way you can’t fully explain. You might find it harder to make decisions, trust your instincts, or feel clear about what you want. You may notice yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling less connected to your own sense of steadiness. This doesn’t always happen because of one big event. Trusting yourself builds slowly over time—through years of adapting, staying responsible, and learning to manage uncertainty by pushing through. This 3-week guided experience is designed to help you start noticing what’s been happening beneath the surface. Through short video teachings and a live integration session, you’ll begin to recognize the moments when your sense of clarity or self-trust starts to shift, understand why these patterns happen, and gently relate to yourself differently. Rather than focusing on forcing better decisions or changing everything at once, this work helps you build awareness of what’s happening internally—through your body, your responses, and the meaning you make in moments of stress or uncertainty. Over three weeks, you will: • Recognize what happens beneath self-doubt and second-guessing in moments of stress or uncertainty • Begin to understand what may be shaping these responses and why they can feel so hard to shift • Experience small but meaningful shifts in how you respond to yourself This experience is not about having everything figured out, It’s about beginning to understand what happens inside you in moments of self-doubt—and seeing something that may have been happening for a long time, so you can relate to yourself with more clarity and compassion.
